Finally took some time to work on the foxhall today. I painted the panels that open in the front and the 2 story additions. I only painted 2 coats, i took a lunch break then a nap and didn't feel like doing anymore painting today. So i'll give the items another coat or 2 of paint after i get off of work on thursday. the 2 conservatories will need some work before i paint them....i plan to stucco them or something....i don't just want painted wood so you can see the grain of the wood. I can't wait to get to the point that i can start wallpapering the house!

So i'm trying to decide if i want to keep it the color that i'm painting it or totally repaint it again. if i don't repaint it, i can move on to painting the exterior trim pieces (i need to flip the house upside down and that baby is heavy!!!)...then i can tape wire, then start my papering. I have such a hard time commiting to a paint color for a house. I change my mind a million times, then i paint and end up repainting. I hope I don't do that again...lol. It will delay my progress.

So...when i start papering, that will be when I commit each room to be whatever room it will be. So far I have only had basic ideas of what each room will be. Since I'm making this house extra large, I have a couple of rooms extra that I haven't even thought about what to do with them. So maybe one of them will be like a sewing room or something.
