I had to widen 3 of the door openings, i discovered this after i bought 1 door from hobby lobby just to make sure i had the right width ....glad i did that. i had used a french door to make my measurements initially and obviously they are different sizes. So after this was completed I spackled all of my changes in the walls on the interior. I need to spackle one of the walls again but i have to wait until the first layer dries. This weekend I hope to sand it all down then prime the interior. Then i'll take some photos! think i'll watch a movie this afternoon. I can't wait til i can get to the stage of decorating! I love applying wallpaper and looking at the changes! Oh, I also permanently attatched the closet wall on the 2nd floor. I cut the openings larger (closet openings) to accommodate my book shelves. I also cut my octagonal window opening on the 3rd floor. This will look great when i get to the stage when i can install windows! I haven't thought about a house color yet, but I get paid next week so i'll chose a house color then...I will not change my mind again...this time i'll really think about what i'm doing and take my time looking at paint samples.
