I was going to carry the house down to the basement for storage. I touch a piece of the house and it popped off. 15 min later the house was demolished It came apart way easier than it should have, the hot glue was dry and brittle. So, i will start from the ground up on this rehab project. Most likely in the spring cuz i need to take it outside to scrap off the stucco. and remove wallpaper. I can lay the pieces on the patio table to dry if needed. I will most likely have to cut new roof panels since these are very warped. I feel good about tearing it apart, it wasn't structurally sound plus it makes taking the wallpaper off alot easier.

When i rebuild it i doubt that i will put the exterior trimwork back on. I love the overall look of this house and it would be fun to have another cottage, and it doesn't have to be a tudor.
