When it arrived they weren’t, except one on a fireplace. There is a panel of switches on the side of the house, and a radio type 9v battery to power them all. The wiring is the flat tape kind. Any ideas as to why one light only should be working? I thought I read somewhere that a 9v battery is not sufficient for 28 bulbs? Would a transformer make them work?
