The dollhouse is in beautiful condition; from a limited-edition kit and is made of 1/4” plywood (no MDF). The core was built in the 80’s and the house was meticulously finished with hand-laid cherry wood floors, wallpaper, decorative moulding, electricity, etc) and custom editions throughout the early 2000’s. I no longer have room to store or display this 14-room behemoth, so I'm looking for a new home for it. Located in Northern California. Message me if interested.
