"Living Off the Grid"
Simon had decided that he wanted to live a new way of life. He wanted to live without all the trappings of the modern world. He decided he was going to give sustainable living a try. So he quit his job, bought a shack in the woods, and retrofitted it so that he could live off the grid.
Simon had solar panels and a wind turbine added to the shack to provide him with his electricity. He does have a well for his water supply but he also catches rain water off the roof to use in the garden. He keeps himself and his furry pals warm at night with the heat of his wood stove.
He is very happy with the choice he has made.
