June Swap - Dog Bath

I decided to experiment with scenic water for this swap. I had ordered some metal tubs to use as dog bags, but was notified by the supplier that they couldn't get them in time. So, I used tea-light candle trays instead. I mixed scenic water with liquid dish soap and then blew bubbles. That's how I got the bubble bath effect.
