I turned this charming workshop into a sushi bar. I altered the door and roof and also closed one window. One wall hosts the Tokonoma where a lovely print, a lotus flower and a bonsai tree are displayed. The father of this family spent some time studying in Japan and wanted a piece of it at home. He’s hung up photos he took on the wall behind the bar.
All furniture in here has been made from scratch.
This is a tiny family run neighborhood sushi bar, the kind where your neighbors drop by for a chat
Chu-rippu means tulip.
