It's the holiday season again at Yule Tree Farm. Business is brisk on this cold day after a light snow.The family sells fresh cut trees, wreaths, and poinsettias. Many of the customers are greeted by name since they are repeat patrons. John Tomson is really proud of the family business and the quality of his trees.

Picking the perfect tree is one of my favorite things to do at Christmas. I have visited the same tree farm for years. The owner has beautifully shaped trees that look great. The annual picking of a tree is a family holiday tradition that makes me smile.
