Here is my entry for the Spring Fling 2008 Contest. The McGregor’s needed some extra space for storage and a driveway for their pick up truck, so I decided to make it into a garage for the Garfield. I stared at it for days and it just kept telling me garage. Of course it was too small so I added an extension off the back of it by raising the roof slightly. Everything I used to build it was from “scraps” that I had lying around from other projects. The items inside were also things that I had already except for the ladder and fire extinguisher. Some of the items were made by me and from swaps I had been a part of in the past. I decided to make the inside to look like raw sheetrock that had been spackled but not painted because that what’s the inside of my real life garage looks like.
