Well, Jimmy has finally gotten the house to where I get to play for a while. Poor guy, since we came home from vacation he has not gotten into the house earlier than 10pm. We have been under a heat wave, and he does heating and air conditioning ...

I have finished with my "textured" ceilings, and I am pleased with how they have turned out. I have begun "priming" the inside of the house for wallpapering by using two coats of semi-gloss white paint. Here's how it looks:

I put a primer of one coat of white semi-gloss paint on the exterior, and then specially mixed my base coat for the exterior. I have used about 2 tablespoons tan paint to 1/2 quart of white paint.

Now, you did know that I can't paint a house unless it's upside down, right?

Compliments of LPCullen
