my new wicker!
I have photos of my new wicker!!!
The photos with the 3 chairs and a table and plants will be going into my Foxhall morning room. Terri made these items specifically for the morning room I will love that room I know, these items turned out even better than i imagined and i wanted a romantic feminine look and i think she met that goal perfectly!!!!! It will be a wonderful room with this furniture in it. I LOVE these beautiful items! Wish i could miniaturize myself and enjoy sitting in the chair with a book or at that wonderful table....oh that reminds me i didn't take a photo of the table without it's cloth on it! Ack!!! Next time i have the camera out i'll snap a photo, it's a beautiful table and i can't believe i forgot to take a picture!
The wicker set with the couch and tables and chairs was a set that i got for a great price on ebay. Terri refinished them and made them look more lively and warm, then she reupolstered them. I LOVE how they turned out! She did a beautiful job. I have photos somewhere in this blog...before pictures, these are definately beautiful after pictures. I'm not sure which house they will go in yet.
The dining set was a set that Terri had already made and had available. It's beautiful and although i'm not sure yet which house they will go in, i wanted to have them! Can't you just picture sitting at that table? They will make a room so warm and inviting!!!!!
The arbor and swing are other items that Terri had on hand, i was so lucky to get them!!! I need to find a blanket to drape acrossed this swing, I wish i was small enough to sit on it and enjoy the spring air....the spring air that is coming eventually anyway....lol...
I also got the bed tray and wash stand from Terri, she had made these and when i found them i HAD to have them. They will make awesome additions to whatever rooms i will put them in.
It was lovely to open this box and pull all of these items out one at a time.
The last couple of pictures are of a set of rattan i got on ebay over a year ago. I recently re-discovered them when i was going thru some boxes in the basement.
Btw, the arbor isn't going into a house...i was having a hard time photographing it due to stuff in the background so i put it in the house so i could get better pictures  So if it looks odd in the house, i'm not actually crazy.
