Roof displaying the foam shingles. I bought a couple of sheets of black craft foam at HL. I mod podged one side to seal. Once that dried I painted, and left it streaky, two different shades of gray on top of the black. Once the paint dried I applied mod podge to seal. I would think other sealers would work; I'm just familiar with modpodge. I then measured and penciled the back side with 3/4in tall by 1and 1/2 inch wide tiles.
