GrammieCal
Oh, that is just beautiful, Irene! You've done a glorious job on the Garf - it looks like a real house - and its Halloween decor makes it all the more wonderful to look at. Superior eye candy!! heidiiiii
Love it!! I have a question. Do you have a base under the Garf for your landscaping? If you do, do you all secure your houses to the base (like plywood base for example) or do you just set it on the base? I have the perfect size of plywood for the base of my MHM but I dont know if I should just set it on top or secure it down.
nuttiwebgal
Love the photos of the Garf all decked out in its gloryious fall colors! hey Heidi, since the MHM is your 4ever house I would secure the house to the base before landscaping. once you add shrubs, bushes, flowerbeds, getting it to line up after taking it off may not be so easy. far easier to move the whole thing together...IMHO nutti
IAK
Heidi I have the Garf on a 1/2 sheet of plywood covered with astroturf type grass. It is only sitting on the plywood. It's pretty heavy so it's okay. Then I have the plywood sitting on this: Got it from Ernie When my grandsons come to visit I put a fence around it cause I don't want it to fall over So far it's been fine.
