havanaholly Posted August 2, 2007 Share Posted August 2, 2007 I didn't know them that well but I know he was very much loved and a staple of this community.I think until the building teams got started the original partnership had Jimmy doing all the building and Linda did the decorating. He will be sorely missed! I also enjoyed the article on stone, I simulate it a lot with spackling compound (what else?) and when we visited the Habitat for Humanity's Global Village in Americus, GA, Tuesday (a MUST-See and an inspiration for smaller dhs!) the Guatemalan house was built with stone.
