If I were going to critique -- and it wouldn't have occurred to me if you hadn't mentioned it, so maybe you don't need a critique at all -- I'd say go a little darker toward the bottom and/or wherever your stones would get less sunlight in their final setting. But I wouldn't have thought of this if I hadn't been staring at the photos looking for something to critique, so don't take it too seriously. The stone texture is great.
