shutterbugkc
Does anybody have a good pattern for modern-day church pews? I need to make several and could use a point in the right direction. I need the modern, low ones that I can make cushions for, not the high back, high side ones that look like a box. Does anybody have a pattern or a link to a good website for someting like this? Oh yeah, I need a pulpit, too. Thanks!
Ed_Cal
Go visit a few churches and photograph and measure the pews and go from there. In my village church I will probably use Plasticville park benches repainted brown. for the pulpit I will make an octagon with one side left open for access and a notestand and reading lamp over it for the lectern on the opposite side a pedestal with 4 feet and a n angled rest for the bible will work The fun will be doing a 3 manual pipe organ console and the pipes Ed

shutterbugkc
Cool! I love the waterfall designs. I just wish I could do the pretty scrollwork. I like the look of the ones that have the sides painted white below the armrest. Thanks!
