I’ve got what I thought was my grail dollhouse kit, but my hobby has gone in a different direction so I’d like to find a new home for it. It’s the house based on the famous home of Norman Bates in the movie Psycho. But it’s also a gorgeous Second Empire Victorian house made by Opening Scene Replicas. It’s all high-quality birch plywood and requires skill for assembly but is not complicated. I’ve got the shell kit and some of the trim package. What is needed are windows, siding and possibly shingles. I am located in MA and would prefer a local exchange. But I am willing to discuss shipping.
