harrisonnewbie
This is the first dollhouse I've ever purchased. The box came today. I opened it, and there are no instructions. I assumed there would be a guide telling me what to do. Is this a mistake? Can I download them online? Edited to add: OK I did find them online right away with a google search. But I'm still concerned that they were not included. Is this normal or is it a mistake? It makes me feel less than confident that everything else will be good if the kit is missing stuff. havanaholly
If you bought your kit directly from Greenleaf, it's unusual that anything would be missing. With the problems businesses are having due to the pandemic, accidents happen.
harrisonnewbie
After I found the instructions online, I felt like it would probably be fine. But then I really dug into the kit to get started today and I am also missing the schematic sheet, the window sheets and some of the wooden panels. There was also no way to contact the company nor leave a message. I have packed it back up and requested a refund. Extremely disappointed.
