Greenleaf Product History-The 4 Presidents

I bought an original Washington built in the 70s in mint condition on Marketplace, which I'm very excited about. I've read the history about Greenleaf as a Company, and the ownership changes, Corona Concepts, etc but I've never found a resource for the history on the dollhouses themselves-how they were named, what order they were produced in, if they're modeled after real houses, etc.

While I was looking up the differences between the first Washington and the 2.0, I came across a Worthpoint listing that said the first 4 houses they produced were named after Presidents. I'm assuming it's the Washington, Jefferson, Madison and Adams. The Greenleaf website for the Washington says it's the first house they produced, but doesn't mention being part of a "set" with the other three. I can't find the original listing anymore on Worthpoint, but would love to know if that's true. I was wondering if anyone here knew more about the history of the houses?

You know, Dean is the man with the plan ... he is the fearless leader of Greenleaf!  This close to Christmas, he must be run off his feet with work.  If nobody else here has the answers, he will be the one to check with - just maybe wait until after the Christmas rush!
