Thimble Hall Posted May 19, 2021 Author Share Posted May 19, 2021 Holly, I just got back with my final results and I have the dry type.The Dr said there is no treatment but it is slow to progress and there is no reason why I shouldn't have my cataract surgeries as it is the wet version which would have prevented it. So just waiting now for the records to get passed along. to the surgeon.I have lost my June 17th date but the surgeons receptonist has pencilled in a provisional July date for me..so happy endings.. Well , they decidedon Friday to tell me they have said they will go ahead with the cataract surgery, just 1 month later so I am on for July 15th..I find the lenses confusing but I guess it will all come out right.
