ISO Charleston Single House

Hi there-

I am searching for a Charleston single house dollhouse kit. So far, I've only found one that's very expensive and one that's too small. I'm wondering if anyone knows of a vintage kit that might be less expensive? I grew up in a Charleston single house, so it's very sentimental for me. TIA! Catherine_in_DC

I think Earth and Tree is the most complete kit for the money. You could get an RGT New England kit and add the porch, change some things - but that would add up to being very close to the Earth&tree kit cost.

Debbie Young had a 1:48 scale version - but she no longer sells it. Still - it's fun to look at - doesn't take up much room at 1:48:

It was $289. https://miniatures.org/sites/new.miniatures.org/files/2018Charleston/PreConWSPicturePage1_2018Charleston.pdf

Thanks for the suggestions. I love this one by Debbie Young. She's got a great version of the single house. I wish she still sold it.

Maybe I just need to save up for the Real Good Toys version.

I actually have a vintage Charleston kit (bought it about 20+ years ago. Never removed from box I received it in and as I recall when I purchased it that it was complete although I never opened to confirm all pieces were indeed there. I am planning to sell it although I haven't decided price yet.

So if you're still out there and are interested, let me know ( I reside in PA)
