punch for 12th scale tulip leaves?

Mini flower makers - can anyone suggest a punch that is the correct size and shape for 12th scale tulip leaves? (Just to clarify, I'm talking about the leaves to the flowers that grow from bulbs and bloom in the spring, not Indiana's state tree ;) ) I know I could freehand these, but I'd really like the ease and uniformity of a punch. Would this work?  https://www.etsy.com/listing/244846099/lily-petals-punch-medium?ref=hp_rf-1 It's a medium size punch, but there are 4 different leaf sizes represented, so I thought one of them might be to scale. Other suggestions? Thanks in advance!

The small leaf might work. I usually stick to mini or small sized punches. Have you looked for miniature tulip kits? https://www.etsy.com/listing/164196657/tulips-paper-flower-kit-for-112th-scale?ref=shop_home_active_27

There are many different How to's especially on Pinterest. I have seen one that used a mini heart punch for the petals.

I've actually just recently completed (minus the leaves! haha) the first tulip kit you linked. I'm just looking for a leaf shortcut. Thanks for the suggestions.

Why not take masking tape and fold it in half over lengths of wire, cut the general leaf shape with scissors and paint your leaves dark green?

Or start with green floral tape. Leave plain or do just a bit of dry brushing to add realism.
