grazhina Posted April 30, 2020 Share Posted April 30, 2020 A few weeks ago I watched John Wayne's movie Rio Lobo, and saw an adobe room that inspired me to create one of my own. It also gave me an opportunity to reuse more of my styrofoam stash. I carved the fireplace out of a chunk of styrofoam packing material. The walls were supposed to represent adobe bricks, but I ran into a snag (which I wrote about on my blog), but it did enable me to make a better looking curtained archway.
