oh I see what your referencing.....could be, hard to tell, I doubt they built it themselves as I've never heard of them coming in anything other than a shell, but I guess they could've changed it BUT if you look at the side angle from the craiglist ad it does appear to be at somewhat of a slight angle.....hmmm

You're right, from the side view (#17) it looks normal. Maybe what I'm seeing in the front view is an optical illusion.

I love that Victorian @EmilyPBposted. The 1:12 version of that house never appealed to me, but it's just so much cuter in half scale! This is an interesting thing to do to a Fairfield: https://ww

Dollhouses are like potato chips!

Habahahahha they bumped it hard

I see what you see as well - I think it’s the angle - no pun intended lol

I don't think it's the angle. Looks like a flaw to me. I was looking at other houses with the same window style on the left side, like the Tennyson, and even when you angle the house you notice the symmetry of the window sides, you see the curvy side. Picture 15 also shows the problem, and the house looks to be facing the front side very good.

Two rare American Craft kits:

I have a House of Hidden Treasures kit in the box. It's a smaller version of the Queen Anne Rowhouse. I think the price on this one is much too steep, but then again I have only seen one of these on eBay maybe once before.

I'd have gone for at that price too if I had been able to pick it up. It was great for that price!

What a unique house, I would love to have that too! I'm doing my Artply Highland in Spanish style, so I've been looking at a lot of adobe/Spanish houses.

The Highland as Spanish style??!!  You MUST make an album for that one- makes me quite curious to see what you do with it.  :)

Yes I will, definitely. I've seen several real life Spanish style mansions in Miami with the large round center piece like the Highland so I think I can pull it off. Will do some slight bashing. I've been collecting all kinds of cool stuff for it...I already have clay barrel tile roofing, some decorative blue/white/yellow spanish style tile flooring, large corbels, balcony railings, stuff like that.

Many people think that because they’ve spent countless hours invested into the house that they will recover that sum in the price not understanding that this is highly unlikely unless you’re a master craftsman on a commission and even then ......

I remember that one, it's been listed before. I wonder if that's the same price they tried previously. $600 seems reasonable for what it is.

Yikes. I would pay $20. (Among other issues, the roof is missing!)

Beautiful house. I'd be happy just to have all that fancy trim and those railings.
