The thing I am wondering is what they consider baltic plywood in the Ukraine the same as what we consider it to be here. I'm a dumb American and know nothing about centimeters and millimeters so I need to go to the online conversion site and get the measurements converted to inches. At those prices I figure if I didn't like the wood or how thin or thick it was or how it was cut I could use the pieces as patterns and cut my own using the baltic birch plywood I buy from Woodcraft. Sorry, I should have elaborated. I think these are plans anyone can buy online. I assume these people have purchased them and are laser cutting them themselves. I can't comment on the quality of ply and I guess no-one would know unless you purchased it, but Europe makes beautiful ply. Lastly, 3mm is the same thickness as Greenleaf kits (I use 3mm ply for my 1:24 ply kits).
Guest
This partially built Walmer is interesting for anyone who may near Tully New York. http://www.ebay.com/itm/Vintage-Walmer-Real-Good-Toys-Tiffany-Dollhouse-VHTF-Partially-Constructed-/272822908339?hash=item3f858335b3:g:BWYAAOSwvg9XXsg3
minikelli
Samantha, that's the same kit I picked up in box for $50 last week with a multitude of different furniture pieces! I had been looking for one for several years that was decently priced. lol It will hopefully be the house I build for our Children's Hospital Gala fundraiser next year. minilover62
This Granville is available in my area, I spoke to the owner and if I pick it up at her house I could have for $300 all included, the thing is I feel irresponsible expending this $ now with almost 2 kids in College, so if anybody around the Madison, Wisconsin area wants to grab it, this is your chance and save me from temptation please! https://madison.craigslist.org/clt/d/gorgeous-victorian-style-3/6301604574.html
Elsbeth
OH MY GOODNESS So, what price would make you feel less "irresponsible"? Offer that price. And have the seller end the temptation for you...OR, they will agree. They often agree!

I kind of offer $200 but she only came down to $300, now I just had to buy my son a laptop for college for $700 so it is definitely out of my way now. Only miracle would be that nobody took the plunge and next month would be still posted and she came down more. Too many miracles ,right?lol

Because the dollhouse market is not hot...a $300 dollhouse has grander competition than that Granville. $200 is nice of you.

For that asking price, is it too much to ask that it be finished throughout, and not just some rooms?

Elsbeth
Hmmmmm...$2000 for an unfinished Beacon Hill. And dark nearly pointless photos: https://portland.craigslist.org/mlt/art/d/giant-handmade-dollhouse/6303732905.html $2000. This makes the $850 "antique investment" Willowcrest look like a steal.
