https://offerup.co/nOggETJAE0 any clue what house this might be?

Looks antique/scratch built to me.

Here are two I noticed on OfferUp:

https://offerup.com/item/detail/701926516/

They're from the same seller who had the Bee Tree House I saw at the flea market last month. She has that listed on OfferUp as well: https://offerup.com/item/detail/701929797/

Here is an interesting UK house that appeals to me - just not the price.  Especially if you add shipping to the US.  I just wish they had some interior pictures.

I love that house. If I saw it built, and priced fairly on craigslist I'd be all over it.

Love the photos of it finished. And small footprint of 24x24.

For $50 you really have to go get that.  Get it off the dirty dusty ground poor thing.

I asked for more pictures and info - I like it but it's really gotta float my boat when I see that its sitting in dirt - so we will see what she says =)

Merci beaucoup!

Edit:  The kit is ordered. Love the intricate plumbing details. Had to back away from the keyboard to keep from ordering other stuff.

Yay!  I will looking forward to what you do with it! :cucumber:

I have the Chrysnbon bathroom kit that I intend to use in the Beacon Hill. I'll use the commode and sink from the kit and substitute this tub with its great plumbing fixtures. May have to reconsider the floor/wall decor to bring it up the same level of excellence as the tub. :D

lots of charm and potential in this house.

At first I thought it was missing the kitchen, but it's an extension - and there's a bathroom too. It seems like it was well taken care of.

As beat up as that poor box  is, blue tape is no surprise.  I think, at least to the seller, that "new in box" means either all or some of the kit never got built so the unbuilt parts that made it back into the box are probably there and the box got taped back closed.  I wouldn't buy one like that.

Skillcraft Nob Hill Victorian kit. says new in box.. but there is some suspicious blue tape involved. Ask questions before buying.:deal:

The bottom of the box appears to have some damage from dampness. I'd steer way clear of this one.

That was my only wonder as well. Maybe a wooden dowel that held something....?

I believe it was for the handle - many of these houses were promoted as "play and carry" - that's my guess for the holes

I guess after nearly 90 years the handle broke?

I was thinking it might be an early Keystone.

I had a Keystone; the windows opened & closed (no "glass" in them), the roof stayed put, there were stairs, not a hole in the floors and the interior was also decorated.  And nowhere did it have "Ideal Home".

Looks like a RGT Victoria's Farmhouse.

Here's a pic of a keytstone that reminded me of that house in link above:
