USD$800 for everything?  Wow, what a deal for a serious collector!

Yep I agree. Seems reasonable. If the inside and accessories are nice.

. It does needed some tlc. Too bad no pictures of the inside. Not that I would buy it but I can fantasize. Lol

What I really need to do is stop looking at more beautiful dollhouse and work on the ones I have. :D

Me too! I spend way too much time looking at dollhouses and not enough time working on mine.

Just ran across this dollhouse on Craigslist. Never seen anything like it before. Wish there were more pictures...

That is such an interesting house...I too wish they had more photos. The dolls are semi-rare Nisbet dollhouse scale dolls...from the 70s. Nice.

Needlepointed houses!  I've seen a handful of these over the years - especially on ebay!  I always dismiss them quickly as I am looking for wooden miniatures. But they are interesting, no? There are several patterns - here is one:

Anyone in the CA area that's close to this, would definitely need some love but I haven't seen one up for sale recently and for the price -- I'd say totally worth it!

Think this one may have been posted earlier, but the workmanship bears sharing in my opinion if it wasn't:

I've always liked Celerity kits, and the Corner Store looks to be a fun build:

Aaannnnd.......then there's the Washington:

The detroit houses are great - that first link has a great layout (big livingroom, dining and kitchen to right, with smaller bathroom or library off livingroom...I love it.

A $350 Washington that needs a lot of work! That was funny!
