cloudbound
Has anyone found a great table that's high enough to display a dollhouse - more at eye level than normal table height? I'd prefer not to have to bend over to look inside. Is there some sort of table that's specifically made for dollhouse displays?
Anna
Kitchen isles/lower cabinets are what comes to kind, I know IKEA carries some http://www.ikea.com/se/sv/search/?query=Rullbord as exemples hope you find someone that will work for you! hugs
mesp2k
I like the idea of eye level. I would bolt the shelf/stand/cabinet to the wall or put weight on the lowest shelf because of the tip factor.
cloudbound
Those carts look pretty nice. And that's a great idea. I think its inspired me to see if I can find something like that with door on the bottom for storage too. Thanks for the idea.!

JPete
I have a tv cart which has wheels on it and some storage space underneath and I screwed a turntable to it and then a piece of plywood and placed my dollhouse on that. I can move the whole dollhouse or just spin it around to work on it. I also have my Beacon Hill on a coffee table that I picked up at Salvation Army and that works pretty well. cloudbound
I was also thinking of a small buffet so it would be high enough but have that storage underneath. The wheels on the bottom though would also be nice.
