I think the Tiffany house is perfect for Christmas. I made a Christmas Shop with my Tiffany. I have to get pics posted.

I also was a lucky winner of the White Orchid, I haven't built it yet because of the glue issue. :(. Does anyone remember what the recommendation. Was for the glue? For some reason I'm thinking it was epoxy and I didn't do it because the epoxy I found was a 2 part process, or something like that.

Kelly, as I posted above, E6000 worked perfectly for me.

I used E6000 as well. The glues I tried that were meant for plastic didn't do the job. Apparently they are very specific to the type of plastic. I'm not sure what plastic was used in the White Orchid.

Kellee, you have so many cute things in your gallery-which I went straight to before I finished reading that you would post pix of your Christmas Shop Tiffany! :bigwink: I think someone else also did a Tiffany in a Christmas theme...maybe?

I thought Karin's gingerbread cottage that she just did for her mother belongs here and I found a couple other cute ones on the net, both Arthurs,I believe. Anybody else have another one to share?

Edit: I am still learning this cut and paste stuff,so I still booboo a lot. The link to Karin's house doesn't read right to me,but it still takes me to her Gingerbread cottage. I hope it does right for you also!~Kat

Sorry,I'll look closer. Maybe it's The Dura-Craft Chelsea, maybe not? We can agree it's not The Arthur-it was late when I saw these....But, that isn't the point!

I am trying to get into the Holiday spirit by sharing some nice "Christmas-y" Dollhouse builds I've seen and liked and I hoped that others would join me! Someone else might want to build something similar later on and could look here for inspiration.....Guess my idea fell flat!

I'm just putting this in because it's the only house I ever properly decorated for Christmas - and most of that was already done for me (it's a pre-made house I got on ebay). I added some hallmark ornaments of the Christmas Story boys as they fit perfectly into the scene.

I love my Christmas house - and I love looking at other people's christmas decorations, too! Thanks for all the great images!

This is fun! Love all the Christmas houses, especially the Gingerbread. :) I actually decorate my RL house in gingerbread and candy. So, it was natural for me to make a gingerbread cottage, and I also used the Buttercup, it was perfect. After all these years though, I'm afraid I still have not furnished it. :( Maybe next year.

I think I will have to do a Christmas house one year... that Buttercup gingerbread is awesome... those white Orchids are drool-worthy, Karin's gingerbread houses are just stunning.... I'm sorry if I missed it... did someone post... Angie's houses... she decorates them so pretty for the holidays....
