beyondbaffled
Is there such a thing? I searched for dormer window tutorial and this link is the only one that came up: http://www.greenleafdollhouses.com/forum/index.php?showtopic=20947&page=9&hl=%2Bdormer+%2Bwindow+%2Btutorial#entry374520 I want to add a bit more space and light to Lisa's Country Cottage. I just need some sort of example to follow. I'm terrified about cutting those roof panels though!!!
havanaholly
Make a cardboard copy of your roof and then cut your hole/s and use more cardboard to make your dormer; when you're done you can use the cardboard dormer parts for patterns to cut it/ them from wood. rbytsdy
I put a dormer on my Lisa's Country Cottage kit, though I apparently didn't go into a lot of detail on how I did it on my blog: http://www.greenleafdollhouses.com/forum/index.php?app=blog&blogid=82&cat=
