Guest Happy Heart
Could change the scale just by printing them smaller or larger: https://s-media-cache-ec9.pinimg.com/550x/56/2b/fa/562bfac21c392663bfe2271aa722b043.jpg

havanaholly
I have also read that you can scan the backs of pattern envelopes to size the picture of the pattern pieces to scale for whatever size doll you want to dress.
Selkie
Sherri Colvin, who is a marvelous OOAK doll sculptor, offers some free patterns and fabric downloads on her DIY website. She has some tutorials on that site too. Her main site does not offer these items.
Guest Happy Heart
I have also read that you can scan the backs of pattern envelopes to size the picture of the pattern pieces to scale for whatever size doll you want to dress. On the back of a pattern envelope is usually just a working diagram of the finished garment. Inside on the instruction sheet, you will find the pattern pieces tho be cautious cause sometimes pattern manufacturers deliberately distort the pieces to prevent just such unintended usage.
