rackey
Hi Everyone. I came across this dollhouse on eBay and was touched to see that the owner wants this to go to a good home, which is why I am posting the attached link to this site. He/she is dealing with a serious illness, cannot work on this, and needs to sell it. For an historic dollhouse as unique as the owner claims, I think it is worth the price. It sounds like some work needs to be done, but it looks like it is in basically good condition. If I had the room, I would purchase this myself. http://www.ebay.com/itm/UNIQUE-TRIPLE-DECKER-3-STORY-WOOD-DOLLHOUSE-1920s-REPLICA-HANDMADE-CUSTOM-/190764564068?pt=US_Dolls_Bears_Toys&hash=item2c6a743e64
MissElle
Wow! I really like that house! Too bad I can't afford it, the price seems good, but I'm one of those people with big dreams and no money! LOL
mesp2k
...I think I lived in that house or something like it. The craftsman or craftswoman did a great job! But alas I'm in the same boat as Ellen.

rackey
That's what my uncle used to call "Champagne tastes on a beer budget." Oh, well, dreams are free and we can keep dreaming and planning I think your uncle would have liked that house too. It reminds me of a time when people used to hang their wash outside or beat rugs from their porches. - By the way CheckMouse, I love your Mary, Joseph, and Baby Jesus mice. I used to have a 7 foot tree with all mouse ornaments on it, and I created a mouse manger for the bottom of the tree. It was difficult finding mouse figures that fit the part.
