Hello everyone. Can someone tell me if the personal messages are working? I messaged Ann of New York asking the best way to paint shingles. I am on my second house and learning everything I can. Any advice is much appreciated. I have done the orchid and am finishing the Newberg.

They arent working. Are the shingles already glued onto your roof ?

No they are not on the house yet.

There's the two-foil-pan method if you're staining shingles, but if you're painting them you can do each row as you attach them; this is especially easy if you use hot glue to apply shingles, because you won't have to wait for the row of glue to dry, then paint, then wait for that to dry to apply the next row of shingles.
