Finally I have managed to take pictures, upload pictures, upload them online, and be able to share them with you. Here is a folder online with as many pictures of my house as I could manage. I even manged to hold my camera in the living room, looking through the door, onto the stairs of the first level.

If anything jumps out as strange feel free to tell me. There is a picture of the loose bannister, and close ups of the various windows to show which need repair and which were never finished. The idea was that if I take pictures of all these things I can access them anything (even on my cellphone) to answer questions about what needs doing and what may work. So if I stumble upon an idea I can check it right away.

Well there is no going back now! A hair dryer was used and the stairs are out! I'm fully repairing any fallen apart bits (on the stairs and anywhere else) and then squeezing wood glue into every nook, crack, and cranny. So far it seems to be working very well! I've redone the porch, some trims, and bits on the outside of the house and they're sturdy as can be now! Getting those stairs out was WAY harder than I thought it would be, and took way more patience, plus with the loose bits it required taking it out in about 4 or 5 pieces. Now I'm working on straightening and squeezing in wood glue everywhere on the steps. It's feel good to be actually doing something to the house!!!
