They are perfect for my Fairfield and what I like about them is when I opened the packet what I thought was an option to also create a spiral staircase actually turned out to be separate treads that has a hole punched in them so installing the spindles is soooooo easy! It can either go right or left and you then put the tread on stringer and magically they are perfectly separated. Found other nice 1/24 scale accessories from them also. If you wanted to you could use the treads to create spiral staircase and just cut pieces to use on stringers. I hadn't found these available at any vendors I normally use.
