Just One More
I cut a side window in the addition. It wasn't too hard but It took me awhile to decide to do it because I knew I could possibly ruin it. I don't have power tools other than a Black and Decker drill and a Dremel mini sander. The rest is a saw that got bent ags ago and Exacto knives. It came out pretty good. I had the window left over from Victoria's Farmhouse. The shutter isn't going to stay crooked. It's just on now with poster putty. Now I can have a bathroom over the kitchen. I didn't like that good sized room with no window. I took the wallpaper out of the attic and decided that will be more just an attic and storage space instead of a second bedroom. There are only going to be fake pull down stairs to get up there anyway unless I really go crazy sometime and try and cut a stair opening. I'm going to start wallpapering the rest of the house tomorrow and glue in the windows. Then all it will need is shingles.

Just One More
I really had to think about it before drilling the holes. I could have really messed up the house. It came out OK though and I like the room much better with the window. The floors in the addition are scored plywood and look nice but I flipped the floors in the main house so they are just stained MDF. I probably should have flipped the addition floors also. I'm using a lot of scrap book paper that looks like sponge paint. I've used about every printed paper I like and have run out of ideas. Just painted rooms look nice also because the smooth MDF walls paint better than plywood. The shingling shouldn't be too difficult except the gable in front. The RGT shingles are really nice and I have plenty.
