minifan
I NEVER realized that the local Home Depot has these brochures made up by paint co. (i.e. Glidden, Ralph Lauren, Ben Moore)...of color combinations to use in your RL houses, well, I nabbed a stack of them for my dh's!!! I always have such a hard time deciding on colors, and usually end up referring to the website of the house to see color combinations...so these are super helpful to me!!! :o They have them for interior colors too... Each brochure has a multitude of combinations, swatches, color names, all combined together, and then they show different images of the same house, (or different houses) with the combinations on them...very nice!!! I know you can get this from websites, but I like to have the piece in my hand...
Roxxie
Try this once you get your colors in hand you can experiment with the color combinations online. Color Visualizer I was just doing a Victorian house and it really helps you see how it will look.
Brezavaqt
Benjamin Moore has a really cool site for color combinations too. They have something called a "color viewer" and it is really awesome to use. Plus, Benjamin Moore has some really nice colors! (Not to mention, their paint samples are the perfect size for painting dollhouses!)
