The resolution will not effect the upload, but if the file is 300 pixels per inch it's probably a large file which will cause problems. Google has a great image editor called Picasa which you can download for free. It has a pretty straight forward approach to saving file for the Internet. If your files are over 500k, I would suggest using a product like this to get your files down in size before attempting to upload them. Please follow up so we know how you made out. Thanks!
