Jo Med Posted April 24, 2009 Share Posted April 24, 2009 Some time ago I bought a chair from a US supplier and it arrived here in the UK broken. I was upset because it was such a beautiful item. The good news is that the supplier has sent me a replacement chair which has arrived safely and intact. So - their reputation is intact and even enhanced by the service I received. Those of you who remember the earlier post (I have no idea where it is) will recognise the seller. I will certainly buy from them again. I certainly remember your earlier post about this situation and I also remember the seller. I think they have stepped their game up because the last few orders Ive made with them have come quickly and complete with no refunded money. I have been ordering more from them now.
