nicolechip
I'm wondering if anyone has any experience ordering replacement parts through Greenleaf, either because of an "oops" or because you needed more of a particular item to complete your "vision" for the house. There are a couple of pieces I would like to have to expand my house and it sure would be easier to get them precut than to have to cut them myself. I know they'll replace defective parts, but I don't want to lie and say they were missing or broken. Any idea of the cost to buy them? I'm wanting a left front wall and left side wall for a Beacon Hill, and maybe some of the porch trim.
havanaholly
Nicole, if you cliick on the Greenleaf logo at the upper left of each page it'll take you to the site home page and you can click on the contact info and either call or email your questions. justmesue
GL is the all time-absolute best company to deal with!!! Pick up the phone, tell them what you want, and they'll give you a price. They ship super fast too, and are ever so friendly... Can't say enough nice things about them.
Judy Buchsel
I had to tear out the front bay window of my Beacon Hill and I need the whole thing, window sills and all. I can't afford the pallets. Does anyone have any ideas. judybichse@gmail.com
havanaholly
Did you disassemble it along its glue lines? You can use the pieces to make patterns to have someone cut you new parts from 1/8" plywood.
