Put On Make Up (I have seen this one) Use a Laptop (I have seen this too) Use phone (I don't think people know they can drive without a phone to there ear ) watch DVD Eat and/or Drink Other? All of those are bad things to do while driving but the very worst drivers around here are from foreign countries where traffic laws are considered mearly suggestions. Plus they don't read English so they have no idea what the signs or markings on the highways mean. Throw in a blizzard and you've got 50 to 100 cars in the ditch in 8 miles.
