Kalygirl 3
I saw this on yahoo news today http://news.yahoo.com/s/ap/20081218/ap_on_...erced_kittens_4 And I want to hunt this woman down and smack her. Repeatedly. Preferably with a large, blunt object. Why on earth would anyone think this is a good idea, let alone a MARKETABLE idea??????????? UGH!

pastalinda 0
Perhaps she could use one large piercing, grrrrrrr.
butlerestates 7
Good Greif! It's bad enough when people do this, but that is THEIR choice if they want to but an animal has no say. I am sickened at the things people do to helpless ones no matter if it's an animal or a child. :o
Wolfie 48
tHE POOR KITTIES......They should pierce the lady and throw her in jail. I suggest a piercing about 6' long and sharpened on one end, around 1" around........ GRRRRRR this gets my fur all riled up.
havanaholly 11,006
I have said this before, there are some people who should not be allowed to have pets/ kids.
Val 1
I read this and I think they need to throw the book at her. I can not believe that anyone would do such a thing.
chesterfieldzoo 659
Can I be next in line to beat her Jen? I have my own large blunt object.
rodentraiser 1,817
I know there are people who pierce their baby's ears and I have to say, if I had to do it over, would that my mother had done it to me then! I have also owned a Doberman with cropped ears and and I have personally seen many, many Dobie puppies with their ears cropped and I know it can be done humanely as long as a competent vet does it and the owners follow up on aftercare, but I do know that a lot of people think it is still cruel anyway. I'd be willing to bet that the kittens were pierced without using any anedthetic though, and that makes me mad, because that is cruelty.
justmesue 20
The sad part is many were probably sold, before someone actually came forward and made a complaint!

SallyG 94
There seems to be no limit to how idiotic some people can be!!!
Hallowell 22
She needs to be pierced with a bullet. :thumb:
grynche 17
I know it's the season to be kind, but this woman falls into the class of people who should have been drowned at birth. Since that didn't happen, then better late than never.
Wee Obsession 2
WHAT A SICKO!!!.....and FORCED piercings make me even SICKER!!!!! I suppose Tattooing your baby is NEXT!!!!
miniwendy 4
Kitten piercings??!!??? That's sick, just sick. Its purposeless, no doubt painful, and they're going to get caught on something as kitty rubs by- sick sick sick!!!! I'm with the rest of you that suggested piercing the owner with something big and painful!
THmini2 52
That is so wrong!!!! I don't agree with piercing baby ears either. Nether has a choice.
chesterfieldzoo 659
Are there any updates on this? I think babies look cute with earrings, but I worry they could pull them out. I would never do that to one of mine. I have to admit to torturing my dogs tonight. But they look so cute with that elf hat....(well, they sure acted like it was torture)
