I am glad the forum is up and running! it looks so great! my name is Lynette but everyone online and around my house calls me nutti it is a name I aqquired when my BIL thought aunt Lynette or aunt net wasnt what he wanted his son to call me. so they all call me aunt nut its a really good thing it fits or one could become easily offended :lol: I have always loved dollhouses and miniatures and for years asked my 2 sons and hubby to build me one. they wouldnt. than one day in my virtual chatroom I met this woman who had built her OWN dollhouse.....hmmmmmm what a concept! so in June 2002 I built the Victorianna(1/2 scale Mckinnley)...I was such a newbie I didnt even know there were different scales. since than I have built the Willowcrest, The Newberg, The Granville, the Arthur,and a Buttercup. along with various other projects. I really enjoy the building much more than the decorating. I also enjoy building in the 1/144th scale and am currently working on a Ferris wheel from HBS. I hope to build a small village I also have an Allison in progress. along with a 1/2scale Elizabeth Anne An Addams one room cottage(an older greenleaf kit) I also enjoy reading and messing around on my computer(alot) I also enjoy taking photos and one of my favorite things is my digital camera! Im sooo glad to see everyone making the change to the new forum and enjoying it! My daughter and her friends made a teen hangout. we have mini Bratz dolls in it. turned out real nice. I have another one in the closet to do.
