sommerstern7
Okay, I bought paperclay the minute that I saw Tracy's work in her gallery because "I wanted to learn how to do that too". It has been sitting in my crafting closet now since I joined the forum and now I am ready to get it out and make something. The only thing is, I'm not sure how to do it. I would love to paperclay the roof of my Harrison (NOT NOW but someday) and would like to know how I need to go about making roof tiles. Is there a pattern that stamps them into the clay that I need to buy, are they hand made, WHAT? (Also, the same goes for stonework) Then I have a question about affixing it onto the roof or to the structure itself. Do you put it on wet without glue, do you let them dry individually first, then glue them on one by one, WHAT? help?
havanaholly
Robin, you can PM either Traci/Minis on the Edge, Linda/lpcullen or Nutti to find out about the shingles. Here is where you can find most of the answers to your other questions.
