    There were about 6 to 8 inspirational buildings for my scratch build manor house, the Nutfield Priory in Surrey England was one of these, I fell in love with the tall Gothic windows the stone exterior. They are quite similar the the Highclere Castle staircase windows and the Chavenage House triple tier floor to ceiling windows. Its wonderful to be able to document the entire build here!

    First coat of paint done on stone. I'm so excited to see the exterior stone come together, although I wish I would have done a more intricate front stoop.

    Did a little on the exterior today (in order to put up that conservatory) I used textured scrapbook paper (50% off at HL this week) glued to poster board with spray adhesive, painted & sliced with the paper slicer. (painted the wood a very light gray before installing the "stone") **If you see my "mistake" then youve been there! It will be covered, but I learned a lesson!! I think I like it! I am soo obsessed with this house, y'all!!
