Hello there, I'm in Chicagoland and am looking to find a new forever owner for my Greenleaf Pierce. My parents are downsizing and I need to move her out, can't take her with me to England where I now live. She was my first dollhouse, which my dad and I never quite got around to finishing. Though she is fully assembled and in functioning order, she's in need of a makeover. Please contact me if interested!

My mom has this Pierce dollhouse that my great grandfather built for her and I would like to fix it up for her. I have been during some research on repairs and yes he did use wood glue it seems everywhere. My main concern is the tower the walls are separating. I'll have a better picture uploaded this weekend but just want to know what's the best course to fixing that.

Im playing around with ideas for the Pierce bathroom floor. If I painted floor a compatible green and the rounded sticks same angelica as walls with darker green triangles for leaves and a marigold center for the flower pollen could i pour clear resin to fill in space and bring floor up to level of wooden floor? Whew! I have to post pic with tablet. Bbs

I hope someone in the group can help me. This house came fully assembled with lighting installed. It's old and has been well played with by a 16-year-old who has enjoyed it for 8 years. I have questions about repairing and refurbishing the house. I haven't done this kind of thing before but I am beyond excited to have this beautiful dollhouse. The house has been glued with wood glue (not hot glue) and the interior and exterior were primed. No flooring and a minimum of paper (one or two walls only) I'd like to put siding on. Can I install that around the already glued in window frames or must they be removed first? The second-floor bay window roof piece is missing (see image) If I had a pattern of the missing pieces I could make another out of thin bass or balsa wood. Does anyone have a pattern and instructions for making and installing the new piece? Any suggestions for rehab as per the attached photos are most welcome. Thanks! Rosemary
