I built the house from sheets of 1/8" ply and the corner posts used in Duracraft kits. At first I designed it to be taken apart, but I found that every time I put the panels together the edges were getting more beaten up, so I glued the whole thing. -

The side roofs were the hardest part to design. There are 7 pieces to them, as well as the original panel and post structure! -

Each floor also has the posts or channels, I constructed and decorated each panel seperatly before gluing the whole thing together. -
