  1. Hello everyone! I have taken the liberty of sharing my Layered PSD Photoshop file of the Greenleaf Fairfield Dollhouse. I created this file to help my wife choose the colors that she wanted for the outside of the house. Photoshop File: You can download the Photoshop file at: http://www.caddisart.com/fairfield?utm_source=LinkToCAIFairfield&utm_medium=LinkToCAIFairfield&utm_campaign=LinkToCAIFairfield You can see the :30 video of me making this file at: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=xa7tgUjgUo0 If you have any questions, please feel free to reach out and let me know or reach me on the download page. PS - this page wouldn't let me upload the 157K cover photo of the project even though it says I can upload a 500K image. Something broken here.
  2. Hi everyone! I'm back. I'm not sure if this is the right place, or if this post is appropriate. But I am SO excited about this I can't stand it and wanted to spread the word. I had the idea of making a website where dollhouses could be made as paper models (furnished and everything), and I'm also including some printable miniatures for regular builders. All of the items are in "digital kit form" and available for instant download. Anyway, my latest creation is a huge set of printable publications. I've worked out the bugs on how to do ACCURATE double sided printing via a simplification in calibration that works for any printer, and I digitally remastered a bunch of public domain publications. This kit includes 2 books, 4 magazines, 6 comic books, 9 antique maps, 1 atlas, and 4 newspapers). Once constructed, they are able to be read under a magnifying glass, and I include very simple and thorough instructions. I would love it if anyone interested would go and take a look at the site, and tell me what you think. Here's the link: KINETIC PAPER ART- Dollhouse Miniature Books w/ READABLE PAGES Digital Kit And here are a couple images of the finished items. So what do you think? A worthwhile project to pursue? Buying ready made items like this individually costs a fortune.

All these printies come ready to print...there should be no need for adjustments. Use regular printing paper or cardstock for the wallpapers. I suggest using cardstock for things other then wallpapers. You can change whatever you like in any of these printies.

  10. From the album: The Washington Dollhouse Kit Instructions

The instructions came on one large sheet and the schematic drawings on another sheet. I had to cut the sheets in half in order to scan them. I added symbols on each piece so all you have to do is match the symbols to know which piece goes where. Ive uploaded instructions for The McKinely Dollouse Kit and The Gazebo by Real Good Toys. Their in their own albums.
