  1. Hi folks! I recently acquired a dollhouse, and while I think it's in pretty good condition, I am considering repainting the exterior. However, I am a complete novice when it comes to this stuff, and would not know where to begin. Should I sand the dollhouse first, or just repaint over the existing paint? How much sanding should I do? Do I put on a coat of primer at any point? And do you have any recommendations for any particular tools or supplies I might need? Really, any information would be very useful. Thank you!
  2. THANK YOU so much for your kindness and willingness to share this info!
  3. Hello folks! I'm fairly new to dollhouses and miniatures and am still trying to learn as much as I can. One thing that perplexes me is, when examining dollhouse interiors, I seem to come across a lot of images of interior wall paneling with different names: wainscot, beadboard, board and batten, scribe sheathing...what is the difference in all of these? They're all basically just paneling, aren't they? And can anyone recommend any good DIY tutorials for creating these? Thank you very, very much for any info you can give!
